HTT batches of clothing from brands that included major retailers Gap and Uniqlo
failed quality tests, a city watchdog said yesterday.
Women’s jeans from Gap Shanghai and Uniqlo-branded jeans failed tests for color fastness, the Shanghai Quality Inspection and Supervision Bureau said. The bureau said that it had checked a total of 60 batches of clothing in its most recent tests and products failing to meet standards had been removed from sale.
