Rams go with McVay

THE Los Angeles Rams hired former Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Sean McVay as their new head coach on Thursday, making the 30-year-old the youngest head coach in the NFL’s Super Bowl era. McVay, takes the job left vacant when the Rams summarily sacked Jeff Fisher on December 12 — after a humiliating 14-42 home defeat to the Atlanta Falcons.
