Two Chinese men arrested for urinating in public, resisting police in Sydney

AUSTRALIA'S New South Wales police confirmed two Chinese men were arrested lately for indecent act in the public in Sydney after a post about this incident went viral on Chinese social networking platforms. 

Police observed two males committing an act of indecency in Sydney's Botanical Gardens about 3:30pm on Saturday, the NSW police said in a media release. 

Police said they approached the two men, who attempted to walk way. The duo, respectively aged 41 and 66, were then arrested. 

During the arrested, the older man resisted, but was subdued by police. The younger one was issued with a criminal infringement notice for offensive behavior. The older one was charged with offensive behavior and resisting arrest. He will appear before a local court next month. 

In the earlier post exposed online with photos, the duo were said to be urinating in the public when they were stopped by police.
