Nanny killing senior to get salary quickly sentenced to immediate execution

A nanny who killed a 70-year-old employer in order to get her pay quickly was sentenced to immediate execution this morning by a court in Guangzhou, capital of South China’s Guangdong Province.
The murder took place on December 16, 2015, the fourth day after He Tiandai, 46, was recruited to take care of He Yanzhu, the victim. The monthly salary agreed was 2,500 yuan (US$384.75), and she could get the full pay even she ended her job before end of the first month.
She fed the elder broth laced with sleeping pills and insecticide and injected it into her body. She also strangled her with a piece of rope, according to Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court.
She said she wouldn't appeal to the ruling on the court, Guangzhou Daily reported.
Police also found she was suspected of killing other nine elders, including two attempted but failed, with similar methods between June 2013 and December 2014. Due to lack of key evidences, those cases weren’t heard.
