A MAN has been detained for peeping on women in a public toilet at Huangxing Park metro station, police said yesterday.
The man was spotted looking over a partition between two cubicles and the authorities were called. The man, surnamed Ding, told police that he works at a nearby restaurant and that he only peeped on the women as he was angry after losing money gambling.
