Man takes dog for walk in BMW on city street

A man was captured by surveillance cameras walking his dog while driving his car in Jiading District on Monday, according to traffic police.
Three surveillance cameras recorded a man driving a white BMW with its trunk open. A leash extended from the truck to a brown German shepherd. The man was driving slowly but the dog had to run fast to keep pace, police said.
Some drivers in behind honked their horns while some vehicles and passers-by stopped to take a better look at the unusual scene.
Police said the driver will be warned or fined up to 200 yuan (US$32) for dangerous driving.
