Line 12 date

THE under-construction Metro Line 12 extension will open by the end of the year, covering the downtown area and reaching Qixin Road in Minhang District. Qufu Road station in Zhabei District is the current western terminal. It extends east under the Huangpu River to Jinhai Road station in the Pudong New Area. With the opening of the new section, Line 12 will become another major subway route connecting eight districts, said officials.
