Prestigious Peking Opera artist Lu Xin to perform at Yifu Theater

Peking Opera enthusiasts will be presented a concert featuring classic Peking Opera excerpts on Sunday at Yifu Theater.
Lu Xin, a celebrated artist of laodan (old female role) from China National Peking Opera Company is now a music scholar from California Academy of music.
He will collaborate with hualian (painted face role) performer Kang Wansheng and young talented performer Fang Linfei to offer well-known episodes of "The Orphan of Zhao" and "Silang Visits His Mother."
