DR Chen Fu-min, president of Taiwan-based Chung Shan Hospital, yesterday released his book, “The New Lives and The Evils” in Shanghai. The book tells of Chen’s 40 years as an obstetrician in Taiwan and the United States. At the launch, Chen spoke to industry insiders about his views on maternity care and the health service in general.
