Sex education books going online

SEX education textbooks used in Yangpu District will go online next month to expand their use throughout the city, the Shanghai Education Publishing House said yesterday.
The books titled “Boys and Girls” were developed in 2010 by the publisher based on a pilot class in the primary school affiliated to University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
They aim to teach pupils about gender differences and how to protect themselves, said editor Zhang Zhijun. They will be available at http://ztjy.edu.sh.cn.
