HANGZHOU continued to be the second most congested city in China in the third quarter, according to navigation service company AutoNavi.

Beijing ranked first, followed by Hangzhou, Shanghai, Fuzhou, Dalian, Jinan, Shenyang, Wenzhou, Guangzhou and Zhengzhou.

Under normal driving conditions a 10-minute drive now takes 21.2 minutes in Beijing and 20.9 minutes in Hangzhou.

Dalian, Wenzhou and Zhengzhou joined the 10 most congested cities for the first time, AutoNavi said.
