The passion of combining art and the soul

ENRICA Citoni is a psychologist and a photographer based in Rome. She loves to meet people, understand them and helping them know how to drive themselves better in life. In the meantime, she enjoys discovering the soul of people through her camera. It helps her look into their eyes and capture their expressions, emotions and unique and unrepeatable thoughts.

My personal style is versatile. I like to mix different styles and always be unique. I love the colors and simplicity at the same time.

The best outfit I’ve worn was definitely a dress embroidered with sequins hoss Intropia. I wore it to an important wedding. I was a star! Too bad there are not more often these occasions.

I follow fashion trends by looking on the websites of my favorite brands. Istagram influeces me a lot and magazines and Kate Middleton! I love the way the stylists dress the princess.

I shop a lot online but also in the boutiques of my favorite brands.

My favorite fashion brand is Elie Saab.

I admire Italian designer Frida Giannini but Gucci’s current creative director Alessandro Michele is great too.

My style icon is Kate Middleton. Marionne Cotiard and Olivia Palermo are also always elegant. They wear apparently simple but very accurate.

The last fashion item I’ve added to my wardrobe was a short Sisley kimono, a long sleeve dress of Lk Bennett.

The fashion item I’m eyeing next will be a red, long sleeve dress from Penny Black.

I do not collect anything, but I like the silver jewelry that I buy a lot. Especially bracelets, I have many.

My grooming staples include going to the hairdresser, having beautiful nails usually in red, little makeup but I always and last but not least... wear broches.

My signature perfume is Poison Dior.

I always brought home something of the places visited. Every object reminds me of emotions, images, joy, people, tastes, smells. I love to watch them all often touch them, to relive my wonderful memories.

The most memorable place I’ve traveled is Turkey. It’a wonderful country, offering different landscapes every 50km, the sea is spectacular, the interior is rich and intense, people are amiable and hospitable ... I hope that the political situation in this enchanting place offers new possibilities and peace necessary to a paradise

The last book read is a book by Ken Follett “World Without End.” I needed adventure and history. Follett is great to lead the reader into the story meanders. It seems to be just with the characters. It suffers and rejoices with them. I love stories. I always read stories. I follow the stars in their emotions. I like characters with eccentric personalities and those strong but fragile, reserved men, independent women.

Except Rome, I would like to live in Scotland if there was the sun a little more often, it would be nice to also have a small mountain town in a nice house with fireplace or in Argentina farm. But I can tell you that as far as we often talk bad because of traffic and other problems, I like to live in Rome. I love my city I love to walk through its streets, live it, admiring it and feeling of being always part of it.

Florian Barrau, French & German, director of operations in on China’s mainland for Angelina, the Parisian tea rooms. Graduated from a hotel management school & several working experiences in different countries he decided to improve his professional skills in the fast and dynamic F&B retail industry of Shanghai. He enjoys the challenge to help international brands to enter the Chinese market and contribute to their adaptation & development.

My personal style depends on occasions and meetings. Generally, easy Casual French and Italian style: a jeans, a white shirt, a business jacket and leather shoes.

I usually shop back in my hometown — Cannes in the south of France. There you still can find lots of Italian tailor-made shops for reasonable prices.

If I have to limit my shopping to one neighborhood in Shanghai, it is in the former French concession. I avoid crowded shopping malls because most of the styles are too commercial and boring.

The last item I added to my wardrobe was a business suit.

The fashion item I’m eying next is a pair of sunglasses. Summer is coming!

I collect pop art paintings.

My signature perfumes are Fragonard Cologne grand luxe; Hermes Concentré d’orange verte and Un jarding sur le Nil.

The best souvenir I brought home are pictures from traveling.

The most memorable place I have traveled in the past was California. The multicultural environment is really cool; it feels you have everything around this dynamic city, the sea, the beach, mountains & national parks where you can enjoy long weekends. Las Vegas is also close…

The best thing about living in Shanghai is it’s one of the fastest cities I have ever lived in. It gives you energy, opportunities and lots of projects everyday. The melting pot of cultures and diversity of the food offer are also great

The last book I’ve read was “Grinding it out: the making of McDonald’s by Ray Kroc.”

Except Shanghai, the city I would love to live in is Propriano, on the island of Corsica. Population: 3500. Vineyards, the sea, mountains & great food
