JW Marriott Tomorrow Square gives turkey lovers reason to celebrate

EXECUTIVE chef René Oskam of JW Marriott Shanghai Tomorrow Square will be serving up a mouth-watering American Thanksgiving feast complete with classic roast turkey, Australian beef and sweet pumpkin pie.

“Everything is homemade by the best available ingredients to create an authentic Thanksgiving dining experience,” Oskam said.

The imported turkey weigh six to seven kilograms on average. They will be served with all the traditional Thanksgiving sides: savory stuffing, rich gravy, cranberry sauce, vegetables and potatoes.

On November 26, American Thanksgiving Day, the Marriott Café is presenting its Thanksgiving buffet dinner. Guests can partake of turkey as well as a wide selection of dishes, including freshly shucked oysters and lobsters.

Oskam has specially prepared the menu.

“We have something for everybody here,” Oskam said.

For reservations with over eight guests, a full turkey with condiments will be served at the table.

In addition to the dinner, Gourmet 360 is also offering takeaway turkeys from November 26 to December 25. Turkeys can be reserved 48 hours in advance, giving chefs time to roast them to perfection and ensure they are delivered hot and fresh.

Gourmet 360
