Qee bears on exhibit for summer break

ABOUT 100 cute and artistic Qee bears, which are designed by artists and illustrators from Europe and the United States, are on exhibition.
One of the most easily recognized designer toys, the Qee figure is famous for its round and squat human form, different kinds of animal heads and a wide range of paint applications.
In recent years, Qee vinyl toys have also become popular in the collectors’ market for their innovative fusion of art, fashion and fun.
Some of the Qee bears have been donated to children in poverty-stricken villages of Anhui Province. The kids have painted their dreams on the bodies of the bears. Their works are also on display in the exhibition.
The event is part of an exhibition tour in China to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Toy2R, a Hong Kong-based designer toy company that presents Qee products.
In addition, visitors are invited to showcase their creativity and imagination at a Qee-themed graffiti contest and DIY cookie baking for more fun.
