A Marriage School has been launched at Putuo Marriage Registration Center after it set up a Happiness School last year. It is the first online-to-offline charity platform on marriage. Couples or lovers can seek professional consultation on marriage and other topics by clicking on WeChat’s Shanghai Marriage public account. The center plans to organize four activities a year to promote a harmonious family life. The platform will be maintained by a team led by marriage expert Shu Xin.
