YOUNG entrepreneurs are invited to submit proposals for start-up projects in a competition being held in Zhuanqiao Town this month. Entries must be 2,000 Chinese characters or less and must be submitted by the end of the month. Finalists will be asked to make presentations of their ideas. Winners are eligible to receive start-up financing.
