CHINA Eastern Airlines will operate a Hangzhou-Sydney direct flight service from Xiaoshan International Airport starting from November 15.
China Eastern Airlines said passengers can now fly to Sydney three times a week — on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Return flights are on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
The flight originates in Beijing and stops at Hangzhou. Its scheduled take-off time is 11:45pm and arrives in Sydney at 1:30pm local time. The flight time is 11 hours and 45 minutes from Hangzhou to Sydney.
The return flight departs Sydney at 10:15pm and will arrive in Hangzhou at 5:50am, taking around nine hours and 35 minutes of flying time.
