UPS yesterday announced the expansion of delivery services in 13 second-tier Chinese cities as part of its long-term growth strategy in China.
The US logistics giant promised to deploy staff and expertise to the cities which are mainly located in Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces in a bid to improve transit times.
