3rd Easy Carrefour

CARREFOUR, France’s largest retailer, opened its third Easy Carrefour store in Shanghai yesterday to tap the potential demand of neighborhood services in China.
Located in Huangjincheng Road in Changning District, the Easy Carrefour store will sell food for immediate consumption and daily necessities. It will offer coffee bar service.
Easy Carrefour aims to offer convenience store services for Chinese consumers as well as provide diversified retail channels, the company said.
Olivier Tollet, new format projects director of Carrefour China, has said Carrefour plans 10 Easy Carrefour stores in Shanghai by the end of this year.
