These little girls look like twins but they are aunt and niece
THEY look like twins but these two little girls are aunt and niece, born a generation apart in neighbouring hospital beds, The Mirror reported yesterday.
Daisy Wilson and Ruby Stephenson, both aged four, started school on September 14 in the same class and have been inseparable since birth, the report said.
Mum Alison Wilson and and daughter Ashley Stephenson went into labour on the same day, in next door beds at Royal Preston Hospital, according to the report.
Alison, 43, gave birth to Daisy on April 3, 2010 and on April 6, just 72 hours later, her daughter Ashley, 25, gave birth to Ruby.
Both have since had another girl each and proudly saw this pair off to St Gregory’s Primary School in Chorley, Lancashire, according to the report.
Alison, who watched her daughter and grandaughter start school, said: "All four are like sisters and love each other. I think our family is amazing."
