Police dogs armed with customized vests with VR camera are patrolling the Great Hall of the People in Beijing where the annual National People’s Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference were held.

Their duties are to check passing vehicles.

Policemen are also equipped with VR glasses and can recheck the vehicles that had already passed security check by replaying surveillance video on the devices.

The fifth session of the 12th National People's Congress opened yesterday.
