Brother Instant Noodle Becomes Latest Internet Sensation
Photos of a man finishing a washbowl of instant noodles has gone viral online.
Bu Wenming, the man in the photos, is a Corporal rank fire brigade driver from Lishui city of Zhejiang Province.
As first responder on duty, he has participated in several emergency rescue and fire extinguishing tasks since July 22.
He had been summoned eight times on July 23. He returned around 2am in the early morning on July 24 after receiving a fire report at a factory around 11pm.
He and his teammates were worn out after working for almost two days and nights. Canteen staff prepared a washbowl of instant noodles as a late night supper for them. Bu found his teammates had finished eating after he cleared up fire fighting truck. There were quite a few noodles left in the bowl. He took a pair of chopsticks and ate the noodles directly out of the washbowl.
The photo was taken by his teammate and uploaded on Wechat account, receiving warm feedbacks. Bu said he had a good appetite and finished the leftover noodles so none of it would go to waste.
