ITALIAN luxury children’s wear brand I Pinco Pallino recently opened the Shanghai International Children’s Fashion Week with a spectacular autumn/winter 2016/17 show. The Carnaby designs merge funny prints with bright colors or combine a contemporary street style with a vintage touch. The “Back to School” section is about sporty and chic attire with sartorial fit delivered in modern uniforms styled with some European coolness. The “Winter Colors” group is inspired by the North with a range of pastel colors such as cool white and lavender, plum purple and acid green. The show finished with its couture line made of top-quality fabrics and high-end sartorial details, delivering tailored shapes and outstanding embroideries on textiles such as brocade, organdy and metallic laser cut leather.
