Woods to play at Riviera

TIGER Woods, who has not competed on the PGA Tour since August 2015, will return to the US circuit at next year’s Genesis Open in Pacific Palisades, California, the former world No. 1 announced on Tuesday. Woods, who competed earlier this month at the Hero World Challenge after a lengthy absence caused by chronic back problems, will be teeing it up at the event, from February 13 to 19, that marked his PGA Tour debut in 1992.
