ANTHONY Wall of England won his first European Tour title in more than 16 years, beating Alex Noren of Sweden 1 up in the final of the Paul Lawrie Match Play in North Berwick yesterday. Noren was looking to win a second title in Scotland in the space of a month, after the Scottish Open on July 10, and was 2 up after two holes. He didn’t win another hole. Wall, ranked No. 234, won Nos. 3, 6 and 11.
