Chiefs’ Abdullah retires

FORMER Kansas City Chiefs safety Husain Abdullah confirmed his retirement from the National Football League on Monday, citing health concerns after suffering the fifth concussion of his career. The 30-year-old, who was a free agent, announced his decision on social media. Abdullah played four seasons with the Minnesota Vikings before joining the Chiefs in 2013.
