CHINA’S Zhang Yiwei won the men’s snowboard halfpipe in the US Grand Prix at Park City, Utah, on Sunday executing a massive double cork 1,260 in a 98.00-point final run.
Kelly Clark won the women’s event, her second FIS World Cup victory of the season, beating 18-year-old American teammate Arielle Gold. Taylor Gold, Arielle’s brother, was second in the men at 94.75. Zhang and Taylor Gold tied for the overall Sprint US Grand Prix tour title.
