Sparkling Displays At Annual Jewelry Show

GOLD, diamonds and precious stones will dazzle visitors at the 5th China International Gold, Jewelry and Gem Fair, which opens today at the Shanghai Exhibition Center.

About 200 exhibitors from eight countries and regions will showcase their precious gems at the four-day event.

After last year's success, the fair will again hold a fancy colored diamonds auction on Sunday.

Organized by the 21 Gem Website, it will feature 150 lots of colored diamonds, weighting from 1 to 13 carats, all with EGL Asia and NGTC certificates.
