POLICE are hunting the mother of a newborn baby found dead in a blocked cesspit early yesterday morning in Yangpu District.
A public sanitation worker found the dead baby boy face down in the cesspit at the corner of Zhoujiapai and Ningwu Roads.
Police are investigating the cause of death.
