Homes on tilt declared safe

AFTER three days of tests, apartments in the South City community, which suffered from slight shifting and tilting, were yesterday ruled safe, Minhang District's housing quality supervision authority said yesterday.

Householders said the Minhang District government had accepted their petition of complaint against the decision.
