Three people were killed and 14 injured when this bus collided with a container truck on Yangpu Bridge at about 9:30pm on Sunday night. More than 10 vehicles were involved in the accident. |
THREE people were killed and 14 were injured last night after a bus lost control and caused a multi-vehicle accident in the oncoming lane on Yangpu Bridge.
The three dead were the bus driver, a passenger and a taxi driver.
The crash happened about 9:30pm. The bus ran into a car in front of it then lost control and veered across the road.
A passenger surnamed Ye told the Oriental Morning Post the bus was traveling at speed. More than 10 vehicles were involved in the accident.
Police are investigating.
