New hotline

Wang Zhongwei (left), minister of the Publicity Department under the Shanghai Party Committee and Xu Deming, Party secretary of the Shanghai Construction and Transport Commission, jointly launch a new hotline (962288) with service in 10 foreign languages, including English, to help foreigners communicate with taxi drivers in the city. It will be especially valuable to visitors during World Expo 2010.
