President Hu to attend two int'l meetings, visit three nations

CHINESE President Hu Jintao will attend the annual summit of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the first meeting of BRIC leaders in Yakaterinburg of Russia and pay a state visit to Russia from June 14 to 18, Chinese Foreign Ministry announced in Beijing today.

Hu will also pay state visits to Slovakia and Croatia from June 18 to 20, the ministry's spokesman Qin Gang made the announcement.
