TWO more people tested positive for swine flu in Hong Kong yesterday, bringing the city's total number of infections to 12.

A spokesman for Hong Kong's health department said the new patients were a four-year-old boy and the mother of the two children who were confirmed to have been infected with the virus on Monday.
