GERMAN Economy Minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg yesterday said he expects Italy's Fiat and Canadian auto parts maker Magna International to present by next Wednesday more detailed plans for Opel, the ailing General Motors Corp unit both firms are interested in.
Guttenberg also underlined Germany's willingness to consider temporarily transferring Opel to a trustee.
