THE Shanghai Exit-Entry Administration yesterday said they had found more than 1,000 foreigners who had illegally entered Shanghai, were working illegally in the city, or had overstayed their visas from January to April this year.
More than 900 foreigners received warnings, while around 40 were put into custody for overstaying.
