AT least 10 people were killed and 15 others were injured after the roof of a clothing factory collapsed in north China's Hebei Province today, the local authorities said.
The whole roof of a workshop of the Jinbo Clothing Factory in Anci District of Langfang City collapsed at about 7:40 am, according to the provincial emergency affairs office.
At least 39 people were buried in the debris, according to the provincial work safety supervision administration.
The 15 injured, including eight seriously wounded persons, were hospitalized.
More than 500 rescuers and 100 fire engines and ambulances participated in the search operation.
AT least six people were killed and another two severely injured as the steel structure of a railway collapsed this morning in Wenzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province, according to sources with the Wenzhou city government....
