A LAND slump on the bank of the Yangtze River has got worse, local officials said over the weekend. The land on the river's southern bank in Guling Town, Yunyang County of southwest China's Chongqing Municipality, first slumped in November.
An official of the Yunyang County Administration for Land, Resources and Property said 55 people living on the subsidence have been evacuated for their safety.
