THE Italian cruise liner Silver Whisper has berthed in Shanghai with more than 500 passengers and crew, a local newspaper reported today.
The 182-meter Silver Whisper was leased by Russian President Putin to host chiefs of states and government officials in 2003.
Shanghai Port will welcome more than 30 cruise ships in March with more than 54,000 passengers and crews, 2.5 times the number for the same period last year.
