CHINA Mobile Ltd, the world's biggest phone company by market value, said it will pay its parent about 1 billion yuan (US$145 million) to lease a network for high-speed mobile services next year. The agreement was reached yesterday and will last one year, during which fees will be determined by the usage of the network capacity, the telco said in a statement to Hong Kong's stock exchange.
