Building collapse kills at least 4 in Moscow

A RUSSIAN emergency official said today four bodies have been recovered from the wreckage of a collapsed apartment building in central Moscow.

City emergency spokesman Yevgeny Bobylyov said rescuers are searching for one or two more people who may be buried in the rubble.

He said that four bodies have been found.

One person has been hospitalized with injuries from the collapse yesterday of the unoccupied six-story apartment building that had been undergoing reconstruction.

The site is near the Russian capital's Old Arbat pedestrian street that is popular with tourists.
