Injured in blaze

TWO people were injured when their blanket shop at Wenxi Road, Zhabei District, caught fire around 8:30am yesterday. The two, who were not identified, suffered burns while trying to save their goods before escaping from the shop, witnesses said.

Fire officials said a short-circuit from an electrical appliance could have triggered the blaze.
