NEWSPAPER EDITION
BEN Cousins, the fallen Australian Rules football star given approval to return to the sport after nearly two seasons on the sidelines, will enter a player draft that would lead to stringent drug-testing procedures.
Cousins, a former captain for the Perth-based West Coast Eagles and winner of the Australian Football League's highest individual prize, the Brownlow Medal, was granted permission to resume his career in the 2009 season if he agreed to strict drug testing - urine tests up to three times per week and hair-testing samples up to four times a year.
