A MAN was arrested under suspicion of killing a woman eight years ago after she refused to repay a 2,000-yuan (US$293) loan, the Putuo District Prosecutors Office said on Tuesday.
Prosecutors said Li Qiushi, 53, killed a woman surnamed Xie in May 2000 after they got into a fight over an unpaid debt. He fled to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region but returned and was caught on July 7 in Minhang.
