Israel inks Expo contract

The 2,000-square-meter Israel Pavilion will look like two clasped hands. The two dynamic forms symbolize Israeli innovation and technology. The country signed a participation contract with Expo organizers today.

ISRAEL signed a participation contract with Expo 2010 organizers in Shanghai today.

Israel will build a 2,000-square-meter pavilion and base its exhibit on the theme: “Innovation for a Better Life.”

The pavilion will be shaped like two hands that symbolize science and creativity.

The country’s exhibit will be divided into three parts and include innovations in science and technology, as well as products from Israel.
