PUDONG New Area police have caught three suspects who allegedly stole computer chips worth more than 12 million yuan (US$1.76 million) from the warehouse of Global Logistics (Shanghai) Co Ltd in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone.

Police received reports of the theft on Saturday and caught one worker at the warehouse and two other men for receiving the stolen goods.
