ZHABEI District prosecutors approved the arrest of Zhao Xiaojun yesterday, who allegedly beat his drunk father to death. Zhao was charged with manslaughter. It is alleged that on October 1, when Zhao's mother was out, Zhao pulled his father on to the floor and stamped on his chest and stomach. Zhao's father died from the wounds.
