SLIGHTLY cooler weather is expected in the next four to five days with the high ranging between 33 and 34 degrees Celsius, the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau said.
Today is known as Liqiu, or the beginning of autumn and the beginning of the 13th of 24 solar terms, according to the Chinese lunar calendar. Clouds are expected today with temperatures ranging between 27 and 33 degrees.
There is a possibility of rain tomorrow afternoon or evening.
Though the weather tends to cool after Liqiu, there will still be some blistering days ahead with temperatures above 35 degrees, weather experts said.
