Dujiangyan work under way

WORK has begun on the first batch of 23 projects Shanghai is carrying out in Dujiangyan, Sichuan Province.

Four projects, including a welfare institute and a medical center, are due to be completed this month. Other projects include highway renovation, 10 schools and a sewage processing plant.
