Terrorist emergency — the drill thing

Rescuers try to evacuate passengers from a tourist boat on the Huangpu River in Shanghai yesterday in an anti-terrorist drill. The exercise had the scenario where a passenger boat caught fire, its engines went dead and there was fuel leaking into the river. The drill was designed to test the city's readiness and response time in fighting possible terror attacks and handling emergency incidents.
